Our Training Philosophies
Based on current scientific evidence, the American Veterinary Society of Animal Behavior (AVSAB) recommends that only reward-based training methods are used for all dog training, including the treatment of behavior problems.
Redefining Rover follows these methods, which means we do not use aversives.
One on One Private Training
Private one on one training provides full focus on you the client! Similar to humans, dogs learn in a variety of ways. And just like humans, some dogs may take longer to grasp a concept. Without the distraction of other dogs, people, and busy environments, we can work together to build a strong foundation of skills for Rover. Ongoing e-mail support and written reports are always provided to help keep you and Rover on track!
